San Francisco-based Multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker, and musician ZOOLOOK® is marking his 30th anniversary (October 30, 2026) as an independent artist. To celebrate, he is inviting fans of 2D animation, science fiction, live-action film, and graphic novels to Join the Resistance and become animated characters in his ambitious new film and graphic novel series, STONEFRENGE: Close Encounters.

Participants will not only support the independent production, but will enter the STONEFRENGE universe themselves, receiving official on-screen credit, early access to the film, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, and a permanent place in the project’s expanding mythology. “STONEFRENGE: Close Encounters follows two ordinary students—one betrayed by a powerful tech company, the other haunted by her mother’s disappearance—cross paths in college and become unlikely recruits in a secret resistance racing to protect a hidden planet from a megacorporation backed by billionaires willing to sacrifice humanity’s future for control.
